There's probably a lot if you're talking double albums like Double Nickels. But 75 minutes for a single disc? That's a bit more rare I'd guess. Ænima from Tool or Frances the Mute from Mars Volta...

^Nothing really. It has to do with chimpanzees. It was a double use of an animal that happened to turn up in another event and is also used to symbolize stupidity.

I thought it was a pretty timely and clever editorial cartoon. The combination of the timing of the chimp attack and the signing of the bill made for a ripe situation to be exploited.
