Default Plainy's Lyrics

Gonna post some lyrics. Feedback'd be sweet.

First One:

Spin incentives from that wheel
Innocence is ignorance wrapped up in tears
Weave a world so fragile, from your fingertips
Pile up the broken, and the damned, and sick

A message, lit up in the dark
The candle flickers and spirits merge as I depart

How long must I lay?
How long must I look down?

Confessions bare and plain to see
Misery will haunt your steps as you walk
Give me something I can safely put my trust upon
Foundations strong but nothing will grow upon

A message, lit up in the dark
The candle flickers and spirits merge as I depart

Is this it?
Is this as good as it gets?
Listen
Something's happening here

Another One:

Find myself in trouble once again
This world ain't gonna fix itself
Bleeding world, crippled and tired
Let me be blessed with the compassion I need

When all else has gone
The emptiness remains
Shamed as the lesser
Of Fortune's children

I will come unstuck
In the light of this full moon
Opportunity is rife
But it closes up so soon

I will come unstuck
In the light of this full moon
Opportunity is rife
But it closes up so soon

A Third:
Here I lay my love
Rapture couldn't come soon enough
Everything returns to dust
The days darken, the water rusts

Glow, still, glow on
Guide the sun with your soft hand
A stranger in a promised land

Glow, still, go on
Untangle this sorry tale
Return the hope where other's fail

And here I lay my love
The spring of youth has run dry
Impart wisdom in the storm's eye
A time to leave, a time to die

Glow, still, glow on
Glow, still, go on
And from the dirt I leave behind
Grass will grow, and so too will life
