Sinking Dub by Shadows Of Our Souls on SoundCloud - Hear the world

I was messing around with my effects pedal today and got a really cool roots reggae dub sound out of it and this is what came from it

I am only half way through but I like it alot. The first track is my favorite so far. The Fire This Time, as well as Diluted? Whats your role?

Hey thanks for giving us a listen!

We're a two-man band essentially that recruited other people to do the violin and drums. I played most of the guitar and wrote seven-or-so of the songs (One Private Moment, Independence Day, Diluted, YEIIBT, Modern Everything, Don't Vanish, most of We Will Rebuild This City, half of Give Her My Best). I did the piano on Modern Everything and Don't Vanish, the vocals on Diluted and most of We Will Rebuild This City, all the electronic stuff you hear on Your Existence Is In Bad Taste, aaaand I think that's the gist. (The other guy obviously did the rest, besides the violin and drums).

I hope you enjoy the second half!

i play the guitar btw and the song isn't finished yet, it needs better drums, vocals, etc..

it's rough first draft of the song but it sounds pretty decent imo
