Some of the sexiest music I have ever heard.

I hadn't realized they'd released a second album. My only decent music non-mainstream source closed down early this year (Real Groovy).
On another note, that is an AWESOME song. I'll have to keep an eye out for the album.

Bump, because I just got tickets to see Fat Freddy's Drop live on October 16th. I'm totally pumped! Anyone else had the pleasure to see them perform live? If so, the verdict?

There will be indeed, I promise! Because I'm sure it will be awesome. I was originally planning to get tickets to see them in their hometown of Wellington while I'm here in New Zealand, but turns out they're hitting Australia first before returning home. Can't wait!

Bump! I can't believe I didn't post about seeing them! It was a while ago now (October) but it was pretty awesome, a very sexy gig. They are both an exhilarting and interesting band to see live, especially since I had my friends there and we shared a few very sweaty and sultry dances together. Was great fun and they are even more amazing live than what I had already heard of them. They have such a groovy sound going on.

I'm also going to see them AGAIN at the beginning of February! As you probably know I am moving to New Zealand and they are playing at a festival there which I just bought tickets to. I'm really looking forward to it but at the same time I'm a bit anxious as I'll be a bit lonesome, so hopefully I'll find some fun New Zealanders to get my groove on with Will also be great to see them in a festival setting, which I can totally imagine them in. Contrary to most people's opinions about seeing one of their favourite bands at festivals, I actually really love the festival setting for a gig.

As good as the band are, they take on a different dimension live and Live At Matterhorn's is just 4 tracks spanning 80 mins of pure sexual tension. This is not from that E.P but it is an example of how good they are live:

This is from a radio session they did a couple of years ago. If you cannot find anything that doesn't move you in this song you are dead from the waist down!
