I'm still very new to him ( I only have Innervisions, Songs In the Key of Life and Talking Book so far)
Those are pretty much all you need I don't think he ever bettered those three.

Look out for a bootleg called Funkafied Rainbow. It was a gig of his recorded at the Rainbow Theatre in 1974 by Motown as a possible live album that was later shelved. It's him right at the centre of his creative peak and is a fantastic album. If you do a google search on it you should find it pretty easily.

So? Even if he never topped those three, Stevie still has some other wonderful albums out there. My next couple of recommendations would include Hotter Than July, Fulfillingness' First Finale, Music of My Mind, Where I'm Coming From, and Uptight. You have plenty of work to do, my friend.

I absolutely agree. If you really like Stevie, don't limit yourself to just a few albums. I personally can't think of one song that I've heard that I thought was unlistenable and I've been listening to his music since the 70's (on 8 track even) He has such a feelgood sound that even the cheesy songs are enjoyable.
