Eh. I don't have high hopes for him. He's going to jack up tons of shots on mediocre efficiency and ensure that team stays in the lottery.

And if you think Lonzo was the best rookie last year I got news... Check out some film on Jayson Tatum or Ben Simmons or Donovan Mitchell.

I'm excited to see how Luka Doncic performs for Dallas. I think that was an awesome trade for them if he turns out to be one of / the top dude in this draft.

Guy won MVP, FMVP, and a Championship in Euroleague last year, 2nd best league in the world, at 19. And was in that league since 16 I think.

I agree, the team around him is all young guys and veteran misfits.

I expect a number of them to step up and have huge years.

But contending with the Warriors? I doubt this year. They will certainly make the playoffs, but they probably need to have a round of trades and free agents to get some more talent.

Zach Lowe's 2018-19 NBA League Pass Rankings, Part 2

Quote:
15. OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER

(A) This will be the millionth consecutive year they preach diversifying the offense, and the millionth consecutive year in which they run one of the league's three most predictable offenses.
This makes me sad. They are wasting Westbrooks whole career. Just like they wasted Durant and Westbrook and Harden playing together...
