Boo - Oil lost again... they really love clinging to the wire (and sometimes missing it altogether...) I was just hoping we'd get to see Paul Lorieau pull out the anthems like he did a few years ago!

dont lose sight of the blues, with one of the best records since the all star break they are barely out of the playoffs and are closing in. with their young team quickly gaining experience they are going to make everyone crap their pants. they always have to worry about detroit but regardless they will be a strong team over the next couple of years

yeah, the NCAA sucks dick. i just wish there was a stratified system to junior hockey (like there is with basketball & football), it's so damn hard to follow for people that can't get TSN.

i've been to a few games and they're feckin' intense.

seriously...I leave for one month and the flames have turned into the league's biggest choke artists? really?

I like to think that the canuck's success has come from the talent lingering in Manitoba!!!! :D Kesler, Burrows, Wellwood, Raymond, Bernier, Vigneault (cant think of anymore atm)!!:D
Hopefully both clubs do great in the post season. I'll be wearing my 91' #10 Bure jersey!

Wow, after the Sabres tore it up at the start of the season, they fell off so hard. After chasing this 8th spot in the East for weeks, we pretty much ended it last night losing to the yankees, i mean the wings.

With Ryan Miller: 32-18-6 (103 point pace - 3rd most, East)
Without Ryan Miller: 6-14-3 (53 point pace - wayyy dead last, NHL)

best pasrt is there was no problem with the goaltending when miller was out. seems like all the other players had no confidence to win without him though.
