Anyone followin this dolphins debacle. God I hate the media. Incognito has always been a douche and he mightve gone a little far with the money stuff but I really think hes gettin unfairly buried here by ppl who dint understand sports culture or locker room culture

It doesn't matter if they don't understand locker room culture. It still had profound effects on one of the players so much so that he had to admit himself to a mental institution. So squash all that noise. Ain't nobody trying to hear you defend that cunt on top of all the other football players as well.

You're one of those ppl who don't get the culture. It does matter. You don't just walk into an office or group of friends or anywhere and say 'I don't like the culture so everyone participatin is evil'. Incognito is a known douche for sure. But it sounds like martin was overly sensitive. Its the ultimate tough guy atmosphere and maybe he's not cut out for it. I think incognito will play before martin will. Just seems way overblown to me when its happened for decadesand nobody cared

His sensitivity doesn't even play into this. You can't do what Incognito did and not expect consequences. The problem with the culture argument is that Martin was reportedly standing his ground against Incognito on a daily basis, but what Incognito was doing with the voicemails, texts, etc. was harassment. Martin's toughness shouldn't be called into question, because it undermines the fact that he's been playing offensive line for several years.

Incognito's just a typical tough guy, and if Martin wants to isolate himself from everyone else, then that's his personality. I think it's ****ing ridiculous that Coach Phillbin actually told guys to get him out of his shell, like he knows how to properly manipulate someone's psyche into being a better teammate. He should be fired and banned from coaching if he perpetuated this whole thing and looked the other way like it's starting to seem.

what lol of course it plays into this. dafuq you talkin bout. martin is/was soft, hes always been that way compared to other nfl players cause that's ust his personality. from everything ive read or seen, all the dolphins support incognito. tannehill even said incognito and martin were like best friends. i think the voicemail and stuff might be taken out of context big time. i think the only thing incognito did wrong was probably the 15K for the vegas trip thing. most of it just sounds overblown and a witchhunt
