Also thinking of branching out to Outdoors Sports like mountain biking, canoeing, wall climbing, snowboarding all that kind of ****.

So i was at the gym doing atg squats, a solid 9/10 standing behind me. She just stands there so I assume she is just waiting to use the squat rack. I look at her in the mirror and notice that she is looking at my thighs. And then i realize why she is staring, a spaghetti straw is hanging out of my left pocket. I quickly put it back in my pocket, but then spaghetti starts falling out of my right pocket. I bend over to try pick up the spaghetti but it just keeps pouring out. I go down on all fours and desperately try to put the spaghetti back in my pockets, but it just keeps coming more and more from all of my pockets. I felt so embarrassed and felt like crying. I never went back to that gym again.

I need some advice on some exercises to work my core. My lower back area has been feeling weak lately.

I went for a run today and I've gotten to the point where whenever I run, I get a sensation much like a high so every time I do it, it feels great. I imagine it gets even better the more I do it. Can't stress how good it feels to go for a run in the morning. Been doing it for a month straight now and I feel absolutely amazing.

Started working out again after doing absolutely nothing for almost a year.
Feels good, but damn have I become weak.

Its taken me about a month to get back into the swing of things since my old job required me to be physical so I definitely understand the weak part. Feels really good after a month or two though, especially when it becomes almost natural to get yourself to do it.

Yeah it's good. I can't do it though, get shin splints from running.
