Alright cool. I see you're doing kettle workouts and things which is interesting. I think we have different routines, I'm just a boring old weight lifter who is "too lazy" to go the extra mile needed to really achieve solid results. I guess I'm a hard gainer too so that extra mile is really necessary. Especially as you get older methinks.

I'm 6'3 so a bit of a bitch to pack on quality muscle. I'd have to eat like a kilo of chicken every day for pete sake. So I take most of my protein via powders.
Anyways, trying to eat a bit more clean with less carbs and more fish/chicken/legumes, I'll see if I can tweak my macros a bit more. I don't want to do all that effort in the gym for nothing. But I also don't want this to be my whole life, y'know...:ambivalent: :/
