this is trending today on youtube. basically ruins my whole idea of thinking what im doing is going to give me bigger muscles. since with a kettlebell i have to use my forearms when im working out the biceps or the triceps. :tramp:

I stopped my daily pull up max sets once my arm started to hurt with sharp pain rather than sore muscles. But ive recently started picking up the weights again. i lifted until failure a few days ago and im still sore :beer: ,tonight im ripping the muscles further! https://boxden.com/smilies/9dLvLtA.png

inspiration came from not wanting to waste two brand two tubs of protein. protein needs to be mixed with sore ripped muscles to work like a supplement and not just so atrophy doesnt happen.

You do realize it's possible to actually hurt yourself seriously doing that, right? Perhaps having some patience and being satisfied with more modest results over a longer period of time is better than just going YOLO and getting a spray tan.

I do drop down sets, so a max set, then drop down to a lower weight max that out too!
