I stopped my daily pull up max sets once my arm started to hurt with sharp pain rather than sore muscles. inspiration came from not wanting to waste two brand two tubs of protein. protein needs to be mixed with sore ripped muscles to work like a supplement and not just so atrophy doesnt happen. |
You do realize it's possible to actually hurt yourself seriously doing that, right? Perhaps having some patience and being satisfied with more modest results over a longer period of time is better than just going YOLO and getting a spray tan.
