here is where i work out, i hoop and run at this park. i just run around the soccer field. when the weather is hot like today, you really work up a sweat from just hoopin.

using the kettle bell today

watched a motivating ted talk about working out and he said to go hard and do it 7 days a week. dont give your brain the opportunity to choose not to work out because you can still make up the day within the week. so looks like ima start doing a short workout 7 days a week

was sore two days ago and didnt lift or run at all had to roll outta bed my back was messed up. im fine now and plan to increase the reps and try to add in another set.
i wonder what all workout things my dad has in iowa because i plan to work out all of my time in iowa. my dad has his own workout he does everyday too.

ive noticed gains though so ima keep doing what im doing. just go harder

cant wait until i have more home gym equipment the pull up bar will be amazing and give me something extra to do. just having push up bars and a kettlebell. its not enough variety, i used to have this ab door thing but it didnt do much. just would not let atrophy set in.

im getting a jump rope also with the pull up bar. God only knows why i just dont do jumping jacks lol i also want more home equipment though too.

it will be around a 100 bucks for the pull up bar and jump rope. still going to do my daily workout I do, just add in some jumping and a pull up set
