Frownland do you lift or train at all?

Frownland 01-07-2020 10:29 AM

After my ankle healed from a break I lifted at the gym to get back on track from the inactivity, but now I just do a core regimen every other day and carry **** for long distances to stay in shape.

The way you describe your back as hurting as opposed to being sore for five days (long time even for soreness) tells me that you threw out your back, which ain't great for gains at all, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

Have you ever considered working with a personal trainer who can create a better workout regimen than the schlubs of MB?

I have ultra amounts of lifting memes that help give a small short simple workout routines and advice but havent really created anything. I could do some push ups one day and then triceps and biceps the next. i stopped using my push up things but could throw it in to give the other muscles i mainly work out.

thank you for the help, i appreciate the concern, and no my workout now isnt a full around body workout, its just been back/triceps/biceps..

Ill add in push ups and because im not doing pull ups now because my elbow was ****ing up bad and had to stop... wow im weak.. back messed up, elbow messed up... :o:

I really recommend you the Athlean-X channel on YouTube, Mindy. He explains exercises very detailed and focuses a lot on how not to damage anything.
He also has a lot of very creative and useful new exercises or tweaks to existing ones I've never seen anywhere else.
Don't ignore this like you ignore all other advice here!
