I workout 5-6 times a week, first thing in the morning. I usually do weighted calisthenics and gymnastic exercises on rings, but during the winter or bad weather i work inside using dumbbells.

I'm not taking any supplements, but i pay much attention to my nutrition.

Ripping the heck outta my muscles today/tonight.... https://boxden.com/smilies/tv6aijN.png

Charting how many sets I do each day in an excel sheet...

Mainly just upper body because my knees aren't the best but I may start light leg workouts...

Are your knees not good cause you ****ed them up exercising?

It all depends on the injury, but with an ACL tear strengthening the muscles around it will definitely help. Start small though. Rome wasn't built in a day... kinda like Batlerd.

True, I don't want to go to the gym because of covid right now but I'm thinking of doing squats with my curl bar.
