I workout 5-6 times a week, first thing in the morning. I usually do weighted calisthenics and gymnastic exercises on rings, but during the winter or bad weather i work inside using dumbbells.
I'm not taking any supplements, but i pay much attention to my nutrition. |

Ripping the heck outta my muscles today/tonight....

It all depends on the injury, but with an ACL tear strengthening the muscles around it will definitely help. Start small though. Rome wasn't built in a day... kinda like Batlerd.

Saw a dude on TikTok/Instagram dunkin with knee surgeries. He says working out the knees strengthens them. knees over toes dude.
