Took a couple months doing no workouts, did a small one last night and now today doing some as I blog, helps think of thoughts.


Going to just try and do something everything. I have this curl bar I lift plus a kettlebell. Haven't run or walked though, just lifting.

Track it in a Google Sheet. You can track averages over days, times, etc.

Already doing that in an excel along with my crypto and sports cards. :thumb:

my lower back been hurting i still be working out tho

going to the cyropracter but they seem to not be doing **** cept taking my money and re allign my spine does not help much tbo

yall think i have a hearnited disc pinch never or chipped hip bone or something ..?????

i just be lifting weights and treadmill but i think this happend when at work someone kinda bumped into me with a vechicle LOL didnt hurt at the time but i let it linger for a year ..????
