The third place games are never any good.
You just have 2 teams who can't be bothered any more who just want to go home playing in an otherwise totally pointless game. In fact a lot of TV companies don't even bother showing them. It's only the past couple of world cups I can remember seeing them screened.

I don't know about that, they were very good going forward at this world cup. In fact they were one of my favourite teams to watch. Traditionally the Germans aren't a great team to watch but I don't think you can say the same this year.
