Fergie would be the best commentator ever. Shame he's the best manager ever eh?

I sincerely hope England loses against Slovenia tomorrow. They don't deserve to progress by the way they have been playing.
Many teams have drew their opening 2 matches and gone onto better things in the tournament. Italy in 82 for one.

England have been awful I agree but it's not how you start but how you finish even though in my head I have major doubts for tomorrows game.

Aslong as we play to control the game and attack we should be fine, So far we have looked terrified to concede and lose.

Current form is making me worried about tomorrows game but really we should be able to walk it.

Again, I thought we played quite well against the US and were unlucky not to come away with a win, it's just the media's typical blowing a slightly irksome result out of proportion that irritated me about it. Algeria on the other hand brought back horrible memories of England under McClaren that I though were long-since buried.

That said, I'm still 100% confident in our ability to beat Slovenia. The lads are perfectly capable of beating them (have done not so long ago, in fact) - it's just a question of them turning up mentally for it.

He might have made England-Algeria bearable to watch as well

The thought of England not qualifying just seems like an impossible notion. FFS we`re playing Slovenia and this should be a standard 3:0 victory!!!
