Care to share your observations?

England haven't shown what they're about this tournament at all. We invented the fucking game and we haven't showed it... yet.

I don't really know **** about soccer. Like I said before, this is the first tournament I've ever really watched. But you can definitely tell the difference in the way certain teams approach the game.

We haven't shown it this tournament, I felt we were unlucky in 2006 and 2002. We played well in both of them. If Beckham didn't pull out of that tackle against Brazil, and Dinho wasn't a genius/lucky cnut then things may have been different against Brazil.. But yeah, the 2 tournaments before this we shown our worth.

Accurate observation.
I find that the different styles of play between nations tend to reflect the particular stereotypes of said countries.
Brazilians play with a natural relaxed rhythm, while the Germans personify arrogance, organisation and discipline. etc.

...hard working never say die attitude, but seem to do everything in moderation. which isn't a good thing.
Patience. Also a bad trait when applied to football. Patient enough to actually run out of time.
An aversion to cheating.
An aversion to change (insular, typically English) which has blighted our game for years.
The fact that we only seem to get going when our backs are against the wall.
Not good. ^
