My advice is to create a playlist that lasts for about an hour of songs with, perhaps a good beat which ought to help you to vary your pace. You won't know, but I think you might speed up or slow down depending on the song you are listening to.

I hate chronic cardio. I hate it with a passion. It is so goddamned, mind numbingly boring, I can't stand it.
When I do cardio, I do HIITs - link - as it's more time efficient, and I'd rather spend the dividend weight training.
