So far I've only been to watch team GB play Senagal in the olympic football. It was at Old Trafford, so Giggs certainly felt at home, but what was quite odd was the fact that you're only allowed three playerrs over 23 in your team (Giggs, Bellamy and Richards), and they did most of the work really, with Bellamy scoring the goal.

It was certainly a very British night, losing our lead right at the end!
I was in the Stretford end, pics may follow

Swimming seems a lot more interesting than usual with Phelps looking human, although he did kind of get robbed of that relay gold with that Agnel vs. Lochte finish. Agnel handing it to Lochte twice in a row was pretty awesome to see as well.

And then you have those three teenage girls. Not sure what to think of Shiwen. A 16 year old girl outswimming the men's gold medal champion in the last leg seems pretty unlikely. Absolutely insane if there's no doping involved.

the girl power thing...i think...refers to the 16 year old Chinese girl who out swam EVERYONE on earth (man or woman)....what sucks about this story is it seems that everyone was quick to jump on doping allegations....rather than saying..."wow what an amazing performance"....every medal winner is tested within 24 hours....she came up clean

as for the royal family thing.....huh?

Ah, okay thanks Bob. It's 9 am and I'm still a little slow

I know that Lochte even acknowledged that he would have lost to this girl if they were in the same race and gave her props for that.

Time to move to 'murica.

Only 1/3 of your wages and you kind of see some of that back!
