Not usually but I'm just hoping that he wins. Just a few weeks ago he was runner up to Federer on the very same courts at the Wimbledon tournament. I always like to see the underdog come out on top.

Did anyone watch female hockey? I watched GB vs Poland or something. It was probably the first time Ive ever watched Hockey, it was an excellent game too. My mate also went down to see women's ice hockey and she seen some chicks jaw get broke. Awesome.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot about field hockey. It wasn't broadcast on any of the channels I've been watching. I think Canada only focuses on hockey when it's on the ice It's a pretty hardcore sport.

So Murray beat Djokovic and will face Federer in the men's tennis finals. I think the entire neighbourhood could hear the outlandish screaming aimed at the TV from my house.

Murray was on fire tonight and it was a fantastic game of Tennis from both of them but Nadal in the final and a five setter? Maybe a step too far for Murray but I will be watching.

Another good day for the Brits medal wise Very surprising regarding the women's football... did I curse them?

Nadal's not even in the Olympics, haha! He had some sort of injury during Wimbledon I think. I just love how Murray took that game in two straight sets, while the Federer/Del Potro match took over 4 hours or something like that.

Now I know Murray is guaranteed a medal now, but if he wins gold I think that would be really great for tennis in Britain.

I meant Federer sorry! It's late here! The fact that Murray had to fight for most of his own service games whilst Djokovic breezed them showed huge mental strength and Murray played some of the best Tennis I have ever seen from him.

I think the final should be the best of three sets too as it makes a more entertaining and faster paced game.

I think the title of this thread should be Olympic Tennis now Murray played some really strong tennis today for sure. My dad didn't even think a Scotsman could play proper tennis either, lol.

If you get bored watching the Olympics, here:

Another brilliant day for the Brits, 6 golds and a silver, another world record and beautiful familiarity with a Football team going out at the quarter final stage on penalties!

Pay footballers less and then they may actually appreciate winning instead of earning.
