I ****ing hate the phrase 'Team GB' and cringe every time I hear it.

I cannot recall it being used prior to London 2012, was it around before then?

EDIT: yes it was - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Team_GB

I can think of a brazilian different reasons why the olympics shouldn't be held in Rio.
