The numbers he is getting for his age are incredible. £50m probably wouldn't be enough. Spurs don't need to sell.

I think he should stay at Spurs with Kane, Dier and Potch. Imagine they still had Bale.

i hope he stays. spurs have a ton of potential in that line-up and their starting 11 is still incredibly young. shame sissoko isn't working out, i still think he has a lot of talent but he's just too lazy and makes some horrid decisions on the pitch.

Sissoko is pretty much all physique. Would have been a world class right back if the right coach picked him up early enough. In fact, many more brilliant full backs would be in the game right now if they weren't expected to play in midfield or on the wings.

agreed. I thought the move to Tottenham might be a positive change but he's been arguably their least important player all season.

reports that Jose Fonte has put in a transfer request amid the Man Utd interest. not entirely sure how I feel about the possibility of him joining. we need full backs far more and I still think Smalling and Bailly could be a pretty tight pairing.

Van Dijk is made for Utd, Fonte not near good enough. Want Van Dijk at Arsenal though.

hmm, do you think fans would change their tune if he does come back? i can understand why most were upset at him leaving but if he's willing to join them in the championship it wouldn't be a bad move for the team.
