I played one of those the other day and it was amazing. With a new nut and setup it is a totally professional instrument. Definitly keep saving for this. Although you should also try some Hofner or Epiphone hollows as well.

Also surprisingly that Bigsby work very well and stays in tune great on that guitar.

Thats what you think now! Wait till you see a cool electric hanging on some guitar store wall and that GAS will kick in.

IT ARRIVED YAAAAAAAAY

As it turns out, the guy gave me an even better deal that I thought! He threw in a gig bag and upgraded me to the quilt topped model, all for £330, which is £20 below the price WITHOUT those things!

Basswood back with a maple top. The pups are EMG-HZ soapbars, I assume they're humbucking since its not buzzing like a mad thing, but honestly the specs don't say.

Sounds good. I always thought Basswood was similar sounding to Mahogany. Both bringing out the low/middle end.

Was that guitar recorded on your ibanez?
