Jaguars are pretty nifty...aren't they one of the only fenders that have more then 21 frets?

hmmmm
as a jazz guitar the jags seem pretty good
never tried one with the original bridge, but my friend says they come off if you rock out too hard.
but yea...pretty damned nice guitars

Dave Grohl used one of those for a LONG time on one tour or other, and I believe popular consensus was that it sounded like **** and things looked a helluva lot up after he switched back to good ol' wood monsters...

----------------
Now playing: Prophecy - Iron Cathedral (e3m8)
via FoxyTunes

Didn't Keith Richards use it?

And i have heard a couple live and personally i thought they sounded just fine.

GuitarBizarre 09-06-2008 11:57 AM

Well like I said, it was just consensus, I wasn't there.

Personally, I'm not sold on acrylic guitars. In theory they should sound great, but I've never heard a positive comment on acrylic body tones.
