I wish I could sing but... my voice is worse then Yoko Ono's.

When I sing, it sounds like a cat in heat and getting run over by a go-kart at the same time. :(

I sing in low alto-ey range.
I'm pretty good I guess, I can grab your attention and hold it.

You can inprove by singing scales and things.

Singing was definitely the hardest part of music for me to get into. Its pretty common that most singers hate the sound of their own voice whenever they hear it recorded the firs few times. I wasn't any different. I was extremely self-conscious. Growls and screams escaped me for the longest time, as well as having much of an ear for harmony. So, needless to say, I was pretty bad singer at first. I'd like to think that my abilities have improved.

I guess you could say that singing is kind of like sex. When you first start, it's fun and it feels awesome, until you realize how bad you are, and then it takes a while to rebuild that initial care-free confidence, which is a huge part of both - confidence.

i remember a friend of mine's gf stating that she liked watching people play music because it gave her a good idea of how they would be in bed hahaha

In that case, I must be fast, loud and animated. :finger:

That concept raises a million implications for me, considering my style of playing and composing.
