Sorry about this but I use a Zoom 505II - do I get kicked off for that?
mmmmm... i dunno, we'll have to get back to you on that...
lol, I only use that because I blew all my money on guitars and cannot afford to build the collection of pedals that I'd like to have :(
Using money on guitars is probably a somewhat better investment.
Pedals: ZOOM 707II, and Boss DS-1 Distortion. Kind of wish I got the Boss Overdrive/Distortion, but hey. ZOOM one kicks arse, like whoah. |
I quite like the multi-ness of my Zoom, it's all configurable anyway! And hey if the effects sound crap then at least I still got me a £70 tuner :D
i dont like multi's. at least for me, i can never get the right sound out of them. that plus you cant just turn off one effect at a time. im stickin to the stompboxes.
I've always liked multi-effect pedals. I think they are a really good value. Plus, if you want to turn on like 4 effects at once, you don't have to do a Russian Jig. I can see where they both have pro's and con's, and I think they both have good purposes. Just depends on what you need them to do.
yeah you can... each effect is made up of various effects which can eb turned off individually
Yamaha Distortion and the Boss Turbo Distortion are good basic distortion pedals, I dont use them too much though, i get a good sound out of my amp without them. I do use my old Bruno Wah/Fuzz pedal everynow and then though.
