Yes you can.
To say it in a basic way: You need some kind of musical program with sounds in it on your computer. Then you can control those sounds through MIDI from your keyboard.
Do you want to record music that way or play it in real time?
If you want to play in real time, there might be issues with a slight delay between you pressing a key and the sound coming from your computer.
This depends on your hardware and software and how you configure it.
