viola jammer Groupie Join Date: Aug 2008 Posts: 3	it's easier to think of it as a smaller cello, than a larger violin. we have the same strings as a cello, just all around smaller. it does get frustrating though when you have your own clef and no one else knows how to read it. i'm working on learning treble.
