Umm.i guess the fender squire isnt bad to start out on..but your going to want a guitar with a good headstock id recomend....guitars going out of tune fast is a way to truly **** with you...and until you've been playing for a while you cant truly tell if your tuning right or wrong....A tuner is a good thing to have but that will be running you another 45-50$
