Oh the irony, it's killing me. Metallicas 'Kill 'Em All' album was (arguably) the first proper thrash metal album. They helped majorly in creating that genre.

Well, Rock N' Roll is dead...so is Rock...and yes there is a difference...
All Rock N' Roll is derived from things such as the blues, and country...
Metal, is a much harder form of Rock...
And yes Rock N' Roll died in probably about the 60s.
