I've not heard it, though I have heard a lot of buzz about it. Might check it out next while I'm still obsessed.

TV on the Radio - Return to Cookie Mountain (2006)

It's good, of course, but is it AOTY-worthy? I dunno. I think this band just fails to touch me. It must be me.

Expo's Jazz & Joy - Expo's Jazz & Joy

Well this is very interesting. Hip hop crew Exponential Enjoyment join forces with free jazz artists like Peter Brotzmann, Peter Kowald, Sainkho Namtchylak, and Jurgen Kausemann (there are a couple of others that I don't recognize). Your standard 90s type feel good hip hop with free jazz interludes. Not sure how I feel about this yet. I think it's going to get another listen.

Ex Hex - Rips (2014)

Wow. Not what I expected. Rockin' out to this power trio's energy!

Tennis - Ritual in Repeat (2014)

The latest delight from this indie pop group.

^ I have yet to check out the new Tennis album, good to hear!

AFI - All Hallow's EP

I heard a lot of good things about AFI's older stuff. I'm glad I did, because I'm really digging it. It's a shame that they didn't put out more stuff like this. I haven't heard much of their newer stuff but I remember there being a drastic change that the fanbase wasn't happy about. I might check it out for myself to see what I think.

Judas Priest - Redeemer of Souls

Definitely very good. Wouldn't say it's in my top list of Priest albums, but it still gets the job done.

Robert Wyatt - Rock Bottom (1974)

Thoroughly enjoyed this trippy jazz fusion album.

Elliott Smith - Roman Candle (1994)

So fucking beautiful.
