Dirty definitely isn't racist, I think he got into a lil' tiff with a mod.
And making silly videos making fun of each other is nothing new. I don't think he would get banned for that considering a lot of us do it. There's a whole thread of them, actually. Did you report him for it?

no i did not report him. i didn't actually get to see the video until i found out he got banned.
