I agree with that and how the process works. Being capable and suited for the job should beat out seniority every time.

This is CLEARLY because if we say this person broke the rules then they DID. We shouldn't have to give a million details every time someone is banned, because at the end of the day they've most likely been given multiple chances to improve their behaviour and have ****ed up.

I know there are a few mods that stand firmly behind this idea and based off of what Dirty wants is a bit much imo. We don't really need to know/see the exact post. We would have seen the exact post if we were online at the time because this is a public forum but if it gets deleted it's normally for a good reason. We already talked about this in another thread but the basics of why someone gets banned would be nice and I know of the mods that are on board with having something related to that going on. At the end of the day it's ultimately up to them to decide how they will handle this and being a member, you just either go along with what they decide or you leave and not be a member anymore. |
