Member's Journal, mods won't help.

I think if people are a little more patient and accepting of us mods not being online all the time (due to our personal lives), your posts will be approved relatively quickly. I think this issue has been discussed enough and there is no more to be said. You have 7 or so mods hanging around to approve the posts so there isn't really any need for a "journal mod".

If anyone has further issues, please feel free to PM one of the team.
