Unfortunately enough, nobody commented, but here's another one just for the hell of it:

Sterf Nu - Sex is Static
If asked for the genre of this song, I'd probably say Stoner industrial noise. Is that pretentious enough to get at least one of you to listen to it?

cardboard adolescent 09-16-2006 05:58 PM

New Songs (listen, jerk-offs)

Here's two new songs that you need to listen to and comment on. Consider it pay-back for whatever album I've uploaded for you at one point or another. Or payment in advance for some album I might upload for you at some point in the distant future.

Sterf Nu - Lullaby For Anna (aka Ode to Minimalism)

and

Sterf Nu - Purple Demons

swim 09-16-2006 06:29 PM

I these more than anythiing you've ever posted. Like a lot more.

cardboard adolescent 09-16-2006 06:32 PM

At this rate of improvement, I may one day be making good songs. Hypothetically, that is.

right-track 09-16-2006 06:44 PM

The first track started off sounding like me fine tuning my guitar (something that I've not done in a long time). The randomness of it held it together somehow...strangely.

The second was how I have felt, moments after recieving a general anesthetic and trying desperately to stay conscious.
The addition of lyrics after listening to the first track surprised me.

You'd like Bauhaus or the more obscure, The Leather Nun.

cardboard adolescent 09-16-2006 06:51 PM

Thanks, I already have all of Bauhaus' records but I'll check out The Leather Nun.

riseagainstrocks 09-16-2006 07:12 PM

This is amazing...

I'm not even kidding. I want to buy an album. How much and where do I send the money to?

cardboard adolescent 09-16-2006 08:30 PM

You can send me all the money you like but there's no guarantee you'll get anything in return.

riseagainstrocks 09-16-2006 08:45 PM

:(

I was offering to buy your music. No need to be mean :(

cardboard adolescent 09-16-2006 08:52 PM

I was just kidding.

And there's no reason to buy anything, seeing as how all my music is hosted for free on my website.

riseagainstrocks 09-17-2006 10:15 AM

True, but I would for two reasons:

I like supporting artists I like

I like having the cd. Now if there is no real cd, then I'll just dl them haha, but if you have something out, I'll definitly buy it.

cardboard adolescent 09-17-2006 10:18 AM

Well, thanks. Maybe in the near future.

I didn't realise this was your stuff.
See, now I'm impressed...good work C.A.

cardboard adolescent 09-25-2006 09:37 AM

Here's another one, not quite as good as the last two, in my opinion, but hopefully you'll find it worth listening to:

Sterf Nu - Transistor

swim 09-25-2006 01:43 PM

I really like this one too.

cardboard adolescent 09-25-2006 03:15 PM

Thanks :)

Merkaba 09-25-2006 09:14 PM

Sweet stuff buddy.

That song is great, really, just amazing. The first one was good, until the acoustic came in, didn't like that part. And the second one was good bt the vocals ddin't blend well imo.

cardboard adolescent 10-21-2006 11:53 AM

The Ferret Song

Sterf Nu - The Ferret Song

cardboard adolescent 11-11-2006 08:29 PM

for fans of sunn o))) or drone in general

I recorded this song a few days ago and you're probably the only ones on this forum who will be able to tolerate it, let alone appreciate it. recommended only as background music, preferably while on some sort of sedative.

but enough jibber-jabber: sterf nu - untitled

Laces Out Dan! 11-11-2006 08:30 PM

Laces Out Dan! 11-11-2006 08:33 PM

cardboard adolescent 11-11-2006 08:47 PM

It should be working, it is for me.

Laces Out Dan! 11-11-2006 08:51 PM

Still no dice for me.

cardboard adolescent 11-11-2006 09:16 PM

right-track 11-12-2006 12:05 PM

Wish I could comment CA, but for some reason my PC won't let me open them. :(

cardboard adolescent 11-12-2006 12:07 PM

Weird, I hope the problem isn't on my end.

right-track 11-12-2006 12:08 PM

Maybe someone else can try...

I'd like to know if it's my PC.

swim 11-12-2006 12:09 PM

They worked for me. I'll comment on em once I get restless with what I'm listening to right now.

Urban Hat€monger ? 11-12-2006 12:09 PM

cardboard adolescent 11-13-2006 10:08 PM

this might be interesting to some of you

I stumbled across this relic that I made using my yamaha keyboard back in 6th grade, oh so many years ago. Kind of amusing, interesting look at how far downhill I've gone. Remember, I was 12, don't be too harsh:

feel the light

Laces Out Dan! 11-13-2006 10:29 PM

Dude, seriously..Thats really good for like 12 yrs old.

swim 11-14-2006 05:39 AM

Yea that is pretty damn good for you being 12.

too dark for a picture 11-19-2006 02:56 PM

yeah

pretty good

under 11-26-2006 12:02 PM

Wow, for a 12 year old I gotta say, that is pretty good.

cardboard adolescent 04-30-2007 06:17 PM

The Incredible Flying Torture Orchestra

Is what I have changed my band name to. And since my website expired, it's on myspace. So, check it out:

www.myspace.com/tifto

And, you know, buy shit so I can get filthy rich and never have to work again. Every track purchase comes with a free sexual favor.

And, since this post seems very short and self-centered and none of you are really getting what you clicked here for, I'll try to find something you might enjoy and put it under here.

Let me go look.

Okay, here you go:

I just put a new song on there called "The Motership Has Crashed" which is, in my opinion, probably one of my best efforts yet.
