I like it a lot.

Well done.

=]

You want me to rate on a scale of bad-terrible?

^_^; How do I go about that when I don't think it's either?

cardboard adolescent 11-27-2008 03:08 AM

^^ tank u!

there's a new song available for listen/download on myspace

Astronomer 11-27-2008 03:13 AM

Just checked out that myspace link... this is awesome! I'm really intrigued. I especially love De Temps en Temps.

cardboard adolescent 11-27-2008 03:22 AM

that's great to hear! i think it might become the first part of a new ambient-esque project, Music for Chairs

Arya Stark 11-27-2008 12:11 PM

Amazing.

Keep going, dude.

Seltzer 11-27-2008 02:30 PM

I like the new track. :)

Malicious Wakizashi 11-27-2008 08:32 PM

Haha this thread is hilarious I recorded The Injun 3 years ago and here are a bunch of random ass people commenting on it. Calling it slightly awkward and probably cacophonous yet somehow... people are listening? Jebus.

Tom when are we going to record our next album bitch ass?

ProggyMan 12-03-2008 10:26 PM

OMG it's Tom's bro. He's told us all about you.

cardboard adolescent 12-07-2008 01:08 PM

there's two new tracks up on myspace, and anyone who's interested in my last record can download it here: Glitch City - Main

Arya Stark 12-11-2008 02:36 PM

Yayy. [=

Im just listening to your material now, and I honestly think it's great stuff. I'll give some more specific reviews of songs and albums as I listen to them all. I'm hearing Gentlemen of Brave Metal right now and I really dig it.

It's also cool to see another experimental musician around here. I've been meaning to post more of my stuff since I've only put up one track so far.

Kamikazi Kat 03-10-2009 12:46 AM

This is pretty interesting stuff, I like it. I only have a self titled album by you right now and I'm checking out some of the music on your myspace as well. I don't really listen to much music with this type of style. Most of the more dissonant and noisy music I listen to is louder, faster. Stuff like Lightning Bolt, Hella and Melt Banana. Electronic, Ambience and noise is a nice combination. I look foward to hearing more.

cardboard adolescent 03-10-2009 12:31 PM

thanks, i appreciate the feedback. i haven't put out anything new in a while since i've been learning bass, but that should change soon :)

Farfisa 03-12-2009 06:25 AM

Planning to add a little funkishness to your sound?

cardboard adolescent 03-12-2009 11:44 AM

i'm aiming right for minimalist noise funk

cardboard adolescent 03-12-2009 04:18 PM

Thanks, just downloaded it. I'll try to listen to it sometime soon, so many other albums that I want to listen to as well...

cardboard adolescent 05-03-2009 03:27 AM

i put up a short, crude "cover" of gang of four's 'natural's not in it' on myspace

cardboard adolescent 05-22-2009 12:00 PM

i've been semi-productive recently and have generated some more repetitive post-apocalyptic music

cardboard adolescent 05-29-2009 04:55 PM

c'mon you motherfuckers i need an ego boost

RoemerMW 06-09-2009 07:07 PM

The stuff on your myspace page is quite good and such, I really like Ouroboros.

cardboard adolescent 06-17-2009 12:39 AM

i produce! almost pure circularity, positive nothingness. large sounds, as big as possible. if you listen, you should listen loudly. remember: there is nothing to be afraid of; but torture--eternal torture. :D

Antonio 06-17-2009 01:31 AM

ok, i'm downloading now, thanks

Astronomer 06-17-2009 02:02 AM

I like De Temps en Temp and Inner Dialog the best. Worry About Aliens was scary :|

cardboard adolescent 06-17-2009 10:20 PM

yeah, kind of like there's demons whispering in your ear? freaked me out at first too.

Astronomer 06-17-2009 10:24 PM

I liked it though! Good scary.

Dr_Rez 06-18-2009 09:37 PM

I had downloaded the original album you had posted and every time someone browses my music I get a laugh from the name.

I believe I have Alchemy. The Deep End is pretty awesome. Probably my favorite. You know how to work with volume envelopes real well.

edit: I left out Stolen Leeps. Another good one.

The Abominable Homan 06-19-2009 12:38 AM

I shall download this tomorrow, if I remember (downloading is a pain when you're stuck on dial up >_<).

RoemerMW 06-21-2009 12:14 AM

Downloading now, hooray! Want me to add it to RYM?

cardboard adolescent 06-21-2009 02:00 AM

no thanks, i don't have a cover yet

Malicious Wakizashi 09-17-2009 10:23 PM
