Oh yeah - and I nearly forgot....
Last year I chanced upon the delights of Federico Aubele - just fantastic laid back Spanish music. Ideal for chilling out with on warm summer evenings,

Spanish music rules! I mentioned this in the Spanish language music thread but I might as well say it here too: check out a record label called Hundergrum. They release great music from Spain, mostly from the 60s & 70s. Psychedelic raw funk rock and beautiful hippie folk!

Right now I`m enjoying an album by Barcelona band, Dusminguet.
This is the instantly catchy stand-out track from their 2003 album, Go,
" A mi me gusta rock and roll " (= I like rock and roll ):-

Even better: Spanish-speaking bands making their own heavy-metal music..... in the early 80's. We talked about them here, at the other thread.

Default Popular musicians from Argentina

Hi to everyone, this is my first message in this forum.

I'm from Argentina, and there's something I feel I must clarify (perhaps before, my bad english, of course).

Spanish music is music from Spain, the European country.
But the musicians posted here are spanish talkers from diferent countries.

So the thread must be called Hispanic music.

Hispanic refers to a common past, so it includes all cultures with spanish language.
It could seam a silly observation, but we "hispanic" and not "spanish" never refer ourselves like spanish.

Having said so, I bring to you some artists from my country, from the popular scene and the diferent ages of the recording century, that I think you might want to discover, in this post that I've recently made:
