Couldn't have put it better myself. Writing off such a broad area of music which has been going and fleeting for a good 50-60 years (hell, maybe even longer than that) based on popular stereotypes is bad form.

Is that so? You want musical clichés? I will give you a few I have heard.
Are you ready to Rock. Classical music sounds the same. They are only in it for the money. Hip hop is about rapping women and Gangsters. They can't play their instruments. Dance music is repetitive. Anyone can write a pop song. This is the best audience I have ever played to. They don't make music like they used to. AC/DC have the word "rock" in 27 song titles? They made a cliché a career.

![]() ![]() all the new stuff isn't worth liking. go back to twitty, cash, daniels, coe, jones, alan jackson, nelson, haggard, jennings. back to the good ol' days where all men didn't whine about everything. they liked it when **** went wrong. gave them something productive to write about.
