We're both going to turn 58 years old this year and have known each other intimately since we were 19.

Listen folks, piss on me all you want. I'm easy pickings.

Leave the Linda insults out of it.

So it's a burger flipper versus the old guy who lives in a van by the river, while a crusty cynic watches and beats off. No matter who wins this fight, everybody loses.

Tbh, I think they should join forces and start a mobile burger joint together.

This means that your experience with handling breakups in a healthy way is either nonexistent or rusty. Maybe taking some notes from people who have undergone a breakup in the past decade will help you with yours.

That was my point. Two years was bad enough.

^ Two excellent comments, Oriphiel. The mobile Burger van is the perfect solution; Chula and Batlord could go on a Thelma-&-Louise style roadtrip together, cementing their friendship as they flip burgers shoulder to shoulder across the US.

@MLM: sorry to hear about your breakup. For what it's worth, I think a breakup is much tougher when you' re young. When you get older, you often get more resiliant to that kind of stuff.

Also, @ everyone in case we are forgetting, the gravity of a breakup is not a competition and it's measured by number of years together.
