Low and slow is the one. I think the French favour this method.

When I first started cooking I used to do it in the microwave in a Pyrex jug btw.

It's actually not. The flag is never supposed to be used as a decoration, whether you have an American flag shirt, plate, or even a guitar. It all breaks flag etiquette and is un-American. Sorry, Tobe.
