Not just Norcal. As SD and OC become more expensive, the populace is bending more conservative (can't speak much for other spots, big state).

My first thought was that it’s a strategy to help Silicon Valley escape from their responsibilities to LA, like fixing the broken schools, paying the civil servants, and general infrastructure and disrepair
