He must have missed the year "2013" near the top of the article as he was speeding through it.

In all seriousness, let's establish some consistent standards. Because whoever is gonna be sitting in the Oval Office after Trump is likely going to continue to use tear gas.

I like how you think we’re having a debate.

The idea that abusing immigrants at the border started with Trump is naive indeed not that I remember anyone saying that. At best they were knowingly letting people die of thirst in the desert and drown in the Rio Grande during all previous administrations. The Bushes were both more civilized than Clinton concerning immigration. Trump publicly celebrates his cruelty, however. They’re all scum but Trump outwardly embraces his inner Idi Amin and it’s frightening.

He thinks he's going to "outperform" his predecessors by pushing a more aggressive border policy but that's not going to reduce the drug trade to zero or whatever grandiose delusion guides that particular line of thought. He wants to be "the guy" known for making something like that a reality, but it ain't happenin.

Yep exactly.

Remember that, and I'm talking to EVERYONE who cries foul at this border/caravan sh!t, the next time I criticize zionist Israel, that what I'm calling out is 10 times worse, on a good day, yet you criticize me for doing so.

+100 for Anteater and his accurate critical thinking skills.

Don't let the mods see you posting about Israel in a bad light. They don't like uppity goyim.

+200 for Anteater and his ability to see beyond the bullsh!t.

If you seek to enter a country for asylum, you have to do so at a designated border entry point.

Just becasue Merkel takes them in doesn't mean that it is the will of the people. Germans are fed up with the refugees and don't want to take any more in.

Trump is going to face more judicial challenge likely for his "zero tolerance" policy

Except Mexico already offered people in the caravan asylum...yet the vast majority rejected it, which means that if this were the E.U. they would have already been shut out before they even arrived at the U.S. border. You shouldn't get to shop around like Moses looking for the land of milk and honey.

The legal challenge is going to probably be whether or not the caravan is considered mostly comprised of legit asylum seekers or not, because if they were "seeking asylum", why not take up Mexico's support when it was offered freely a month ago? Education, jobs, security: that was all on the table but very few took them up on it.
