Anytime somebody recognizes the racial inequality of the country that benefits white people, some people interpret it as hating white people or white guilt because David Duke pushed that rhetoric so hard.

It is in the way you are thinking about it. If you broke down the stats city by city, community by community and went down to the individual level, you'll find a million different stories that all contradict eachother. Racism exists and has an effect on people's lives. Sometimes even at the community level. But anything beyond that is debatable.

But I've said it before and I'll say it again: Obama wouldn't have even won once, much less twice, in a country where white power somehow trumps everything else. You also wouldn't have anyone wealthy across other backgrounds other than whites. Among countless other things I could mention.
