It's incredible he had anything even in his cell that he could possibly construct into a hanging device. He was either murdered or somebody placed the necessary items in his cell to get him to do it himself. There's just no way in hell a dude with THAT much information in his head that could take down big fish would be left alone with something that could end it all.
