China is constantly used as the benchmark for poor and oppressive governance. How long did we have to listen to the supposed existential angst of the Hong Kongers because of this horrid behemoth breathing down their throat? Hong Kong is just a mini-USA wannabe and we’re the bad guys. If it weren’t for fools like you sympathizing with Hong Kong and its disgusting virulent capitalism I wouldn’t constantly be making the case that everything they stand for mimics what we stand for and we stand for destroying the planet.

I mean you only care about this **** cause you care mostly about how this affects you personally so throwing Hong Kongers under the bus for a situation you have no stake in is about as self-absorbed as anything the Koch brothers have ever done. I'm all down with giving America the finger for being a capitalist individualist nightmare that trains its citizens to think of themselves first and last for the sake of producing compliant workers who care only for getting themselves through the next workday but All Governments Are Bastards.

All governments are led by a wealthy elite who on some level play the game of exploiting poor citizens for the benefit of themselves and other wealthy elites who they are economically tied to. How is China exempt from this? Hong Kong might be a capitalist ****hole but mainland China is not trying to save them from themselves, it's simply trying to bring them to heel so that they can be exploited, and Hong Kong has every reason to resist what is essentially a foreign invader trying to colonize them.

Hong Kong 100% belongs to China. Saying otherwise is ridiculous. So does Taiwan.

China is taking what’s theirs and there’s nothing American do about it. And if America wants war we’ll get it. And lose badly, thank god.

Is this what an anarchist sounds like? Supporting superstates and ownership of populations by their nations (as in the literal definition of "nation": a large body of people united by common descent, history, culture, or language, inhabiting a particular country or territory)?

Does that mean that the states belong to America? If Virginia decides to secede and govern itself according to its own interests because the local population believe they have the right to decide their own fate without the interference of an empire does that mean you support America invading and suppressing revolt because we simply belong to the cultural American collective and have no right to separate ourselves?
