Didn't they list Matt Groening as being there as well (and Ellen)? As far as I understand it - this is all based on witness testimony right? All they have to do is prove that one of these people definitively was not there during the given timeframe and the witness's story and credibility will fall apart.

I agree with you. If it's as bad as we think it its, it will be covered up or Ghislaine will be whacked to prevent the info from coming out.
