Millions, probably billions of people the world over have had that little piece of skin removed upon reaching adulthood and regretted it. It's subjective which is preferable and to force the decision on somebody is imo, as you might have guessed, morally questionable.

Re: the cultural thing, there's no real point to this post but I'll post it anyway. I've got a mate who's parents are Turkish. When he was about 8/9 years old they took him to an Imam's house and when he realised what was going on he tried to escape, got caught then held down and circumcised. They filmed it as well. After it was done they showered him with money and gifts.

Says the next few weeks were spent trying to pull the stitches out at night as it hurt so much. That's pretty fucked up imo.
