Of course. I'm not stupid. Reference the aforementioned foxes guarding the henhouses. I don't like it. But it is what it is and it ain't changing no matter how much groups like this think it can.

So you agree with me that the rich and the powerful control our current political system, and refuse to let it move away from bipartisanship, regardless of what the people want?

Like, I don't even understand where the hell Chula is coming from anymore. In like five seconds he went from "The people have the power to change things! OBAMA ROCKS!" to "lol, our system is too tightly gripped by the rich and powerful to ever change, so deal with it." And yet I'm the one that gets called a lazy defeatist.

Pretty sure the Founding Fathers would be ashamed of you, Chula.

3. Do you agree that a person who is inching up on 60 might have a different perspective on things (including politics) than a person in their mid 20s?
Wow! Sixty inches! That must be hell to get inside your .... pants...

Yeah sorry but I was going to say the same thing. You can't infer to someone, they can only infer from what you imply.

So much for Sockeye Salmon. Thanks Greg Pruitt. Meets with the CEO of the mining company for 30 minutes and then, without consulting the EPA or the scientific community, overturns the EPA protection that was the result of years of study on the issue.

Mining CEO was just interviewed and came across as a total ass.

Why don't you sit down and have a talk with your corporate best buddies?

Elph, you know that the people you're registering just vote for a neoliberal agenda thus entrenching your oppression more deeply. Progressive? lol. Also, if you registered voters, you definitely registered Trump voters. Why the **** would you want people to vote? That **** makes everything worse. Just stop. Please.
feel like this is a real lazy half baked idea you got going here

the reason Trump won is partially because younger voters didn't turn out

if you don't vote you're not uprooting the system, you're leaving it entirely to old white fascists the group that always turns out to vote

I have an interest in helping people beyond my grand ideologies

so I will take neoliberal Obamacare over the Republican healthcare plan because it saves lives

it is not an all or nothing game

With the existential issues it is all or nothing. Global warming. WMD's. Depletion of forests and destruction of all bodies of water and the ecosystems they contain.

And honestly, as a person without health insurance, I don't give a **** about Obamacare because it doesn't help me at all. I want to go to the doctor for free. Anything else can **** off. I'm not paying ****. Not a cent. **** their rip off bull****. I'll die instead.
